These Terms of Service govern your use of the InnerGo platform at innergo.digital, a digital inner navigator platform for entrepreneurs with a reflection journal, audio practices, habit trackers and mini-courses. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using any feature of InnerGo, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

3. Services

InnerGo offers live workshops, coaching sessions and guided audio practices designed to support entrepreneurial growth and self-reflection. These are provided via our digital platform.

4. Information Products

We offer downloadable materials such as e-worksheets, guided audio bundles and digital resource packs that you can access and save to your personal device.

5. Goods

From time to time, InnerGo may sell physical items including printed journals and branded merchandise, which are fulfilled and shipped to the address you provide.

6. Payment

All fees are due at the time of purchase and processed by our third-party provider. You agree to pay all charges associated with your account in accordance with the pricing and billing terms in effect at the time a charge is due.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

7.1 Services

You may cancel a scheduled live workshop or coaching session up to 24 hours before its start time. Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled once at no additional charge. To request cancellation or rescheduling, please notify us via our Contact Form. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable due to preparatory efforts and allocated resources.

7.2 Information Products

For digital downloads such as e-worksheets and audio bundles, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided the content has not been fully accessed or downloaded. To initiate a refund, submit your request through our Contact Form with your order details. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

7.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. To arrange a return, contact us via our Contact Form. Once we confirm receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised versions will be posted on innergo.digital and take effect immediately upon posting.
